Do you take down the lights down after the Holiday Season?
Yes. Taking down the displays is part of our service, and it’s included in the quote we provide for you before we start work. In most cases we take down all lights between January 2nd – January 15th. We will pack your lights and decorations for you.
Do we need to be at home when the installers come?
No. Please leave all outside socket switches on and sprinkler systems off on the install day.
Is it safe to decorate our trees and bushes?
Yes, but keep in mind that decorating pine trees and bushes are highly subjective; there are several power issues when dealing with massive quantities of lights. The general rule is to assume about one foot spacing between strands in both the spiral and vertical patterns and work your way in tighter from there.
Do we supply the lights?
Yes, we can supply the lights for an additional cost.
Does Five Star Lighting of Colorado check my Christmas lights to make sure they work?
Yes, the lighting technician will trouble shoot to make sure all your Christmas lights are working before we leave. If a bulb goes out after the initial setup, we will come out and change any bulbs.
When does the Christmas light hanging start?
We work 6 days a week, so your home will be ready for Christmas.
Is your work guaranteed?

There are things that can happen to lights for a variety of reasons, including wind, rain, snow and other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, our professional staff will return to troubleshoot whatever problem exists quickly and efficiently.
